Taking peak time data when I used it after 12

Cell C is deducting my peak hour data when I have used my midnight data. I'm having the 20gig contract, which gives me 15 gig after midnight, but even when I do download after midnight, they deduct the data from my 5 gig peak time bundle. Now I'm in a tight position because they messed up. And phoning and trying to sort this out does not work.
