Talking points & PPDB discounts

A lot of us have pre paid sims that we use only for data bundle purchases and we gather up all these talking points, which we can't use. Why can't we have the option of using them to get a discount on data purchases? Or am I missing something?

If it was mean't for data they would have named it "data points"

But sky, you can get free sms's with these "Talking points".

We would much rather prefer free Data at this point
