Got one of these things. And I must say I am impressed. Vacuum I must say is a solid 10/10. I have cats, a Jack Russel and Labrador. Also my Daughter has long hair. Takes care of that and any debris the size of 50c coin.

Mopping I would say 8/10, but I can set it to do a repeat clean ie. up to three cleaning cycles. So it should work a treat then to get rid of most dirt marks on the tiles.

Mapping was a breeze and it rarely would bump into things and even then it slightly just to get a closer clean. Also managed to map per room and creates different rooms for your to determine where you want to clean.

I do a section of the house where the floor drops 20mm and it can get down it just not up it again. Will get a edge or something to make it worthwhile.

Probably could do the whole house on one charge, but I have devided it in two sections by grouping rooms together. I. Would guess it should take about an hour to do my home and about 60% of battery.

It fits below most of our beds, which is a bonus. When it is done it gets emptied by the docking station.

Only got one mop pad that can be washed, but I will need to get a few more just incase.

I had a Xiaomi that lasted me for years. Recently replaced it with a Deebot N10+ I got on special from OneDayOnly. The vacuuming performance is solid, but the software is a mess, completely useless for multi-floor mapping. It keeps getting confused and can’t find the base so it wants to remap each time. On top of that, the charging station is faulty. I’m returning it for a refund.

Does the Tapo support multi floor mapping?

I'm late to this. I've ordered mine from Takealot for R6999.

You could get is cheaper from Amazon US for R5700 or Telkom for R6300.

I opted for Takealot because its just easier and less lead time
