Tariff Change - Still pending

On Sunday decided to go out and buy another phone but when the retailer wanted to RICA the sim card an error message popped up on her system. "Agent not authorized for this network", decided to take the SIM CARD to Checkers and RICA went successful.

Then decided to do a tariff change using *180# from 8ta more to Sim Sonke! It has been over 48 hours and still pending is there a network issue happening ?
