This would be so f*cking cool! Tata already have rights to use SAT3 so they don't have to try and force Telkom to relinquish some of it to them. Altough I bet Telkom will force Tata to build a new ZA cable landing point. I suggest we all send around a hat and collect money for Tata's own landing point. We could hand over a donation cheque in a glitzy media event ... would make Telkom look like total fools
