What I would love to do: All us "normal" people leave joburg for the long weekend. We then give all taxi drivers an AK-47 and let them duke it out.

When we get back on tuesday there will be
1) Less Taxi's on the road
2) In theory, only 1 taxi association left.

Reminds me of my dream to buy 2 building in the CBD and have real life, unreal tournament style, paintball or laser tag, capture the flag.

PE will probably always be safer than JHB, but overall the crime is escalating and getting worse regardless of where in SA you live. JHB today is PE tomorrow. How can things improve if there are something like 5000 Zimbabweans coming into SA per day?

What a pity about these shootings. I use to live up in 14th Avenue a few years back, some really nice houses out that way, all with nice big plots. Hillfox brings back memories, is that drive in still there? Use to be a nice place, but even back then it was getting bad. Had some burglars coming through my ceiling one night, all armed with knives and guns. Luckily I got away unharmed, had no family back then to worry about. Some really good times out there but now everybody seems to be shooting at each other, What about artigos, that club by that filling station Still going???
