Tea and bread

If you really want to save, you can skip meals for probably a week without issues but that said I'm not a doctor. Consult him first
I think 48 hours, and then resume as normal. So says the good doctor.
Some restaurants in the townships actually charge a deposit for tobasco. Apparently people, particularly women are stealing it and putting it in their handbags.

Proper Bully Beef, Tomato and Onion mix, slice the bully beef, pan fry it a bit, add the tomato and onion mix. Let it simmer for 10mins. Serve with Pap or Mash.
My Dad used to make that for us .actually not bad at all.
Could make a big stew freeze it and defrost as needed. I usually have a big supper and sort of starve myself in the day. And stay away from takeaways once you off that completely theres no cravings for that nonsense.

I suppose if you really don't want to spend any money you could have Eskort French Pollony and tomato, I don't know how you would feel about that!

Don’t kill your self in the process. Money is important but if body is not there to enjoy what is the point. Take care of your health and stop eating dead food.

Had a cup of tea with four slices. Was wishing for the fifth, but curbed the urge.

Alone for a month so thought I'll save a little.

Wonder how hungry I am gonna be after few hours.

Regardless of healthy that will get boring real quick.

How about offsetting it with an omelette and cheese?

Muesli and yoghurt.

Mushrooms on toast.

Futurlife.

Anything other than the same thing every day.

If yes, how many slices of bread with jam?

And how long should a person remain full thereafter?

And I know it is unhealthy, but are the any health benefits?

Healthy, no.

But the formula for remaining full is quite simple.

Time Full (in hours) = (pi * (slices of bread) + (0.2 * Square Root of knife loads of jam)) / (0.8 * pi)

If jam has solid pieces of fruit, it is 0.25* instead of 0.2.
