Hi,

Is milk tea and bread with jam sufficient as a meal?

If yes, how many slices of bread with jam?

And how long should a person remain full thereafter?

And I know it is unhealthy, but are the any health benefits?

Add some soya milk. There is a dedicated thread for the lovers:

Had a cup of tea with four slices. Was wishing for the fifth, but curbed the urge.

Alone for a month so thought I'll save a little.

Wonder how hungry I am gonna be after few hours.
If you really want to save, you can skip meals for probably a week without issues but that said I'm not a doctor. Consult him first

Problem with jam is that it’s sweet, it is difficult getting full on sweet stuff because you will still crave something salty afterwards. Maybe add some peanut butter on certain days even 2 minute noodles if you can.

Its not expensive if you swap your empty bottle with the full one at the resturant
Some restaurants in the townships actually charge a deposit for tobasco. Apparently people, particularly women are stealing it and putting it in their handbags.
