You don't learn how to hack ~ there is no tutorial
Hacking is something that people with years of experience know how to do. They know how to as they have spent YEARS of their life taking degrees in computer science and security, they have read numerous books and they most probably know several programming languages.
Now the amount of Black hat hackers these days (the ones that are bad) is tiny, recently there has been a large rise in white hat hackers which are employed and test exploits in systems.
The last big hack was Gary Mckinnon which he did in 1999 through to 2001 when systems were no way near as secure as they are now, which is why there are a lot less of black hat hackers (and he is a system security manager btw).
I was like you, scavenging every IRC network and forum for information, but I have decided to get into security and make something of myself, take a degree or something, get a good job - give back something to the world of computing.
I strongly advise you to rethink your request for information.

The real hacking i think imho is only for selective ppl that has a very high iq and knows how to read computer language.I mean there are 13-14 year olds that can hack,they never did degrees.

It never stops at "for fun", that is the problem. If you are serious about IT security, why not go on some courses? SACS is a good place to start.
