It looks like TeamViewer has just fallen over - not able to verify licenses / not able to connect to remote clients.
Suspect the load of people working from home has become to much.....

Anyone else have the same issue?

Investigating - A subset of our users are currently experiencing a connectivity issue when accessing our services. Our engineers have not yet confirmed the underlying root cause and they are working on the identification. We will update our status page with new information as soon as possible.
New connections are affected. Existing connections are not affected.

All our users have VPN's configured - TV is for them to access various resources across multiple locations (offices/cloud/etc).
Not a train smash but seriously inconvenient with all the other current crap going on :-(

Just had a teams meeting - with video - and apart from a few artifacts - it went well. Able to share desktop and use the whiteboard. Notes didn't work however.

i launched Teamviewer and it appeared to be offline
then a minute later it is ready for a connection
@OCP you wanna take over here for a test, PM if so and i will give you ID and Password ?

This CoVid19 means a lot of people are going to need to learn Teams. I have been making online training videos for a client on just that topic. And I start my online training of clients on Friday. This is a new avenue. Gonna be interesting.
