-LG 23 inch monitor is out of stock - know what specs to look for to be able to offer an alternative

-Computer/networking knowledge (eg - what is the difference between CAT5E and CAT6, or testing a wireless repeater to see if it works). Require minimum A+ or similar qualification
-Inverter/solar knowledge (eg - how many items can I run on a 600W inverter). Require basic mathematic skills and google skills to be able to find specs/wattages
-CCTV knowledge - requires basic knowledge such as analogue vs IP cameras, how to setup CCTV kits etc
