How much will it cost to get a tech to check if i have coverage?
Bellville Capetown Oakglen.

Dont expect your coverage to stay the same though. It tends to change without warning

Can you test the connection on a trail basis for a day or two?
I am moving away ffrom iburst because of latency and spikes and disconnects during online gaming and i would like to test the connection before i settle with my choice to move over from iburst?

@ Dusk - if you are going to use it for online gaming then you should rather go for adsl, latency on the Neotel network is going to be around the 160-250 mark.
and you probably going to have just as many disconnects and spikes.

The problem is i rent and might move soon. So i need a portable connection .
I would like to get a tech to test it or to have a day or two test it before i commit to neotel.

Also just a question...
If i go for the 24 month contract and within a month or two neotell drops their rates, do mine get adjusted (price or data cap) to fit the new pricing stucture or am i stuck with the rate that i signed for?

Eg : i subscripe to the 5gb package for R500 and neotel changes their price to R500 for 10g , will my account stay on R500 for 5gb for the full 24 months or will my datacap increase/price drop ?

Im with iburst and i have given up .
I cant support a company that simply doesnt provide what i need.
Atleast according to most people , if neotel works its awesome. Iburst on the otherhand doesnt work at all.
