Who are they?

My client is one of SA’s biggest payment gateway companies based in Sandton.

What will you do?

Assisting end-users with transactional queries and any payment processing issues
Assisting merchants with general queries
Must be able to trouble-shoot errors/issues reported before escalating further
Resolve queries via telephone, live chat, e-mail correspondence
Assist merchants with implementation queries

Can you apply?

Grade 12 + a post-matric qualification
Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment with a technical background only – NOT TECHNICAL ENGINEER!
HTML knowledge and an understanding of basic programming concepts
Valid driver’s licence and own transport
Must be able to work shifts!
Clean credit and criminal record needed (not negotiable)
ONLY SA CITIZENS WILL BE CONSIDERED

Are you a confident, team player who is able to work unsupervised and are skilled at problem solving?

Are you familiar with the E-Commerce industry?

Are you bilingual and well-spoken in Afrikaans as well as English?
