Telecom conformance testing - are we up to scratch?

Very good article on an important topic. I wonder what the SABS would say about this? These are the kind of things very few people think of. It is basically a capacity issue. The 36 Million that might be required for a compliant lab is not too much money for the SABS to handle, is it? At least, that is what I would like to think.

If it is, they should not be in the testing business. It would be disgusting if we couldn't do the testing locally! Really. I am however confident we can. :)
