Telecommunication & VoIP training

So what exactly does this cover? Looks like training to sell otel products?
 
Otel is a licensed national voice and data carrier who offers 'infrastructure as a service to channel partners. Otel is vender neutral carrier and are not a distributor of hardware. Anybody attending the training are welcome to take advantage of Otel's VoIP network but our services are not locked as a VoIP reseller you may choose a carrier of your choice, in essence it is an overview of Telecommunications and VoIP, many students have since used Otel as a carrier , many have their own networks or dedicated carriers and some are just technical support guys sent by their companies to gain a greater perspective of the technology and its applications so they may offer greater value to their companies clients .
