Telecommunications operators with most complaints revealed

i think this article is misleading, this are complants recieved recieved by ICASA and not the netwks, its only some of the complains that were diverted to ICASA...in 2009 MTN recieved the highest number of complains...& Neotel admitted on mybb that they recieved several complains from their subscriber regarding their poor network.

Cell C is only recieving more complaints because it is financially strained and bullied by MTN and Vodacom.... it hasnt been given a level playing field chance to come right! any idiot could see that

Ye right...I've been a client of their's for 4 years...the service level you get from them is less than appalling.

Moved to Vodacom in August and happy I made the swap...

Neotel on 0%...what a laugh...their call centre probably didn't know what a stat was when they were called to comment...0% intelligence there!

I often wonder
a) if any of those legal thieves read these posts of ours?
b) do they have any emotion when they see how hated they are?

If it were me, and I see how my customers feel about my company, I would DO something about it and try to improve! So can someone reveal if anyone from Hellkom, Vodascum, Notell, Seasell, EmptyN, etc. are actually active in these forums? If so, let's get our big guns out and blow the muck out of their ears :p

The problem is that all these companies are equally crap. Our expectations of good service is far higher than what is realistically possible. One of these companies can make a difference by simply adjusting their contractual agreement on cancellations and also compensation. If they show a willingness to be held accountable in black and white, they could really stand out.

"According to the report Neotel accounted for 0% of the total complaints."

I think you have to offer a service before you get complaints so Neotel should not qualify :)
