Telecoms race

Indeed. What race? We would have seen a race if ICASA just regulated the industry, and not smothered it to death. We would have seen a race if anybody could roll out his network, be it data or telephony, without the need to have government investment.
 
It can only be considered a race when the competitors in the race do not have to deal with any part of telkom and its "services", whatsoever.
 
How on earth can it be race if telkom is the only runner?
 
Telkom may be the only competitor in this race, but thanks to their "screw the customer" policy they're going to end up finishing second. Couldnt happen to a better company IMHO
