Can anyone provide guidance please.

I bought the above TV however I was made aware of articles stating that it is not a FHD TV.

What recourse do I have?

I dont know if recent purchase applies here, when the company became aware of the issue CPA says they should issue a recall in the newspaper. I see Game seems to be the only one to issue an apology.

Very poor quality product. Don't buy any electronic products from Amazon. I hv very bitter experience. Amazon don't respond once product is sold.
