Telemasters

As Mo points out they are predominantly an LCR company but have bought SkyCall and are making the obvious migration of their client base to VoIP.
If you look up the number series 087 945 0000 you will see it comes up as 'Telemasters ( SkyCall )'

i suggest giving them 90 days notice and then stop paying them, remember they need to try and recover the money from you, I would like to see how that clause stands up in court, the main reason behind that clause is:
1. in the good old days you got a massive CIB per line activated (R2800.00), so that you could purchase equipment(the lcr)
2. if they already have equipment in place, they would simply renew the contracts with the SP and pocket the CIB

This is/was also done by orion with their multi sim LCRs when you have one line (device) but with 4 sims in it, so CIB no1 is for the device 2,3 and 4 is "profit"

For anyone still interested in our Telemasters issue, we found them to be in breach of contract, sent in our 1 month's calendar notice, yet they still continued to bill us. We just stopped paying (by reversing the monthly debit order each time).

For the full details, I drew up a blog post: Telemasters found to be in breach of it's own contract

It explains how we found them to be in breach of their own contract - this same method/analysis/calculation could probably be used by all their clients who are being held hostage. It is completely legit, and legal (we sought legal advice), not that Telemasters gives a damn about the law.

Good afternoon,
