I think the thread title alone is enough of an attraction ... or distraction if this thread pans out to be what this topic is suppose to be.

Through means beyond my control I happened to watch a part of the teletubbies on BBC (Cee****ingBeeBees).

What. a. pile. of. horse ****. is. that!!!

And that's not a question, that's a statement.

I know from wikipedia that the teletubbies has been on TV since years ago ...

Why has the world tolerated crap like that for this long? ... This is a question.

Have you seen the new cartoons? Scooby doo the best,oh and dark wing duck  I remember coming home from school and that teletubby bs was on,made me angry

The entire show is a delusion by which the inmates of an oppressive prison cope with their incarceration.

Locked into a crimethink gulag, their every thought, step and action are controlled by the nigh-omniscient surveillance loudspeakers which tell them everything they must do — such as watch "educational" propaganda films, exercise in the yard, or eat the disgusting rations of nutritional paste — that is, "Tubby Custard" — or waferlike "Tubby Toast." Any attempt to hide from the surveillance causes an immediate alert — "Where have all the Teletubbies gone?" Is it any wonder the prisoners have covered all of this by replacing it in their minds with a sunny, bucolic landscape of bright cheerful colors, even unto the all-seeing infant "sun"?

If you have a kid that is between the ages of 9mnths and 2yrs there is no getting away with
the F&^%$tard show that drives us all insane! And yes anyone who claims to love this absolute
crap is IQ deficient in some way!!! unless they are under 2yrs of age!

I actually prefer watching teletubbies as opposed to the Bulls playing, better performance :p

Even my Scottie used to hate Teletubbies. He'd growl and bark at them as soon as they appeared on the screen. For some reason, he especially hated the purple one ...

And to think Simon Cowell is responsible for this.

Actually he's not responsible for them. All he did was see an opportunity to get the rights to launch the musical cd's for it.

Teletubbies is a British BBC children's television series targeted at pre-school viewers and produced from 1997 to 2002 by Ragdoll Productions. It was created by Ragdoll's creative director Anne Wood CBE and Andrew Davenport, who wrote each of the show's 365 episodes

As a parent of a 10 month old I am extreeeemmmmmeeeeeellllllllyyyyyyyyy grateful for CBB's and whatever **** they show.

I unfortunately now know and can sing all of the theme songs to these shows by heart, but in all honesty, its a price I'm willing to pay.

Being able to sit still for 5 minutes and not have to entertain or play is a luxury and CBB's along with the Teletubbies, Andy Pandy, Rosie and The Little Red Tracktor provide me this.

Those that complain about it obviously dont have kids.. and yes we have this crap in our house it buys me some peace and quiet

+1

It's for kids. You are not a kid.

Even as a 9 year old I recognised that it was drivel when I saw it, along with Kideo. Ktv pissed me off when they started with that crap.

It's a completely brain dead show devoid of educational material or even plain comedy IMO. "ee-oh"? Seriously? Pfft.

I played video games until the proper kids shows started.
