Let's give Telkom a carrot - if they drop their prices by 80% then they can have BCX...

But I digress - if Telkom's current "consumer-centric" approach gets transferred to BCX, and take root there, then we'll have two problems...

They don't have to quit. Telkom has retrenched half of its work force over the last 10 years. BCX employees are next.
