Hi guys
Just one small question to ask.
I have a 512 uncapped from mweb but my line is from telkom.
Just wanna no if my line speed is upgraded or do i have to phone telkom.
Just wana make sure so i kan tel mweb to upgrade to mweb.

Log in on your ADSL modem and check the connection speed.

Mweb won't automatically upgrade your data package from 512kbps to 1Mbps, because the 1Mbps package would be like R70 more.

ummm i login via 192.168.1.254 mwebs default modem ting but i cheked all but dnt c it anywer

Weird it should be very easy to find the line stats. Usually under something like Statistics, Status, DSL Link. It'll list your upload and download speeds and noise margins and line attenuation.

If you can tell us exactly what modem you have people should be able to sort you out. Otherwise just phone Telkom, they should know.

Latif786 you can contact mweb via twitter just Message either @MWEBGuy Or @MWEBConnect that is my way of getting support and iv never seen a better live support, i DM him, and he checked the line sync speed for me and even arranged a assistant to call me to do the 1MB account upgrade when my line was upgraded, very quick and he will help you, other than that you can also call telkom to double check but on ur modem it should be under something like Downstream / Upstream (1MB Values Are 1024/512 respectively)
