Hey guys,

I really need some help:

I'm trying to cancel my telkom smartbroadband wireless 20gb - I received the contract less than a week ago from Telkom direct - and have had hours of issues with telkom trying to sort out data usage, data allocation, seeing usage, etc... In short, I've had enough.

I am still within the cooling off period, but I have not been able to get hold of anyone at telkom that can process this cancellation.

I've phoned 10210, 081 180, send an email to cancellations@telkom.co.za, posted on hello peter, ...

Please, someone help me navigate this ...
