Telkom AAARRRRGG!!!!

I have to call telkom from time to time and the weird foreign guys voice recording asks me to input my tel no, so I'm like okay fine. then I put it in, then It wants to confirm my telephone number, and that would be fine if it didnt take ages!

Then I go through, and every single consultant asks me for my telephone number all over again. WTF I hate Spermcount :,,(

and that dude's voice is so monotonous and slow. Seems like telkom thinks that their customers are idiots. Frustrates the hell out of me!
