Telkom Account Payment

I am trying to pay my account today and yesterday as I do each month via the Telkom website. (Credit Card Payment).

It is refusing to log me in however.

Just takes FOREVER to process and ends with "Authentication failed. Please try again"

Same thing for you guys?

The accounts is due Monday and I really would like to be able to make the payment. :mad:
 
i am pretty sure you can pay it at pick and pay with your credit card also , i could be wrong though.
 
I pay my Telkom account via Capitec's website. No hassles and they get the money in time. I would not bother about being a day or two late. Why not register for internet banking with your own bank, then you are in charge of things, not anybody else
 
you can click the reset password link situated under the username and password text boxes.
you'll receive a password reset link via email... just follow the steps.
Alternatively, you can click on the unlock account, if it was locked due to unsuccessful login attempts.
 
I used to pay via fnb website but I now pay at checkers so I can earn ebucks.
