Hi guys, can anybody point me to a telkom representative on here, having a sticky issue regarding an outstanding amount owed to telkom that I have no clue about,

Visited telkom store and had them check it out and they too were confused as all my accounts are up to date.

Drop the Social media team on Facebook/Twitter a PM - they should be able to sort you out.
