Telkom admits bad service

um, that's like Telkom admitting they are a telecommunications company.;)
It's kind of a given, isn't it? :p

They're used to dealing out bad service, they're too arrogant and set in their ways to change.
 
Admitting to it is nothing.
Actuallying SHOWING they want to fix it is another story!

I can say I design kark ads all day, but If I don't start making pretty ads, then admitting it is not helping.
 
awww come on... give them a break! It's not like they are making a profit with which to improve their customer service! :sick:
 
Perhaps if enough customers leave it will help - waiting for nearly a hour before they answer the phone - they have totally lost it
 
I think most of their customers will have immigrated or moved before they realise that they should have done something. By which stage it will be too late for them to actually do anything
