Can someone please supply me or direct me to where I can get the original firmware that is shipped with the Telkom ADSL 5100 Router ...

Alternatively you might try the billion firmware at http://www.billionsa.com/support/download/fd/fd1.htm#fd107 (no guarantees from my side though - I have not tried it)
