According to the 5GB or so i downloaded yesterday using a capped account (5GB Int & 30 Local) , the usage has counted towards my local only. Guys if you had 1 GB and downloaded more thinking it was international, just be careful. I actually thought it would've counted towards the international portion but its still the same as when i got cappped ie. 5.1GB.
Local is now sitting at 10GB but i had only used about 2 or 3 prior to hearing what happened yesterday.
