Hi all
I have exhausted any rational attempts to cancel the data portion of my TELKOM ADSL line. Last year March i tried there uncapped service for 5 days and it was so CRAP that i just switched back to AXXESS which i have been using ever since!
There is no USAGE on the TELKOM ADSL account ever since. (Confirmed by TELKOM Accounts). However i for the life of me cannot get this CANCELED and i am getting billed every month for it!
1) I have been transferred from accounts...to there NONEXISTENT ...cancellations department! (4 hours on hold and NOTHING) i have lost count of how many time i have gone around in this circle!
2) Gone in to TELKOM themselves only to be asked to call... 10210 from there store... and i was then asked to leave because they closing... having been on hold for about 3 hours on a Saturday.
3) Emailed numerous TELKOM email address all given to me by TELKOM accounts... with no result!
4) Have DIRECTLY call 10210 and held on for about 5 hours ...from my OFFICE ... Yes i called and went on with my work blocking my incoming line and forgetting that i had been on hold.... only to check my line a few hours later when my receptionist said "Why can't i transfer calls to you" ... and yes ... i was still on hold!
What the hell am i supposed to do!... Accounts dept said they will credit my account ...but i need to CANCEL ADSL data service first...
WTF?... is this Physiological warfare!
