Telkom ADSL Intl And Local Usage Split?

Hope this has not been asked before, I searched but could not find any answers.
I basically need to know if its possible to split your telkom usage between local only and international. eg. I want to be able to use my local cap (30GB) but not have to finish my international cap, to do so.

Because it would have to go through Telkom so it is not possible.
