Telkom ADSL line - pro rata?

Had my line moved from AH back to Telkom on the 26th of last month. I see on my Telkom bill now I'm being charged 2 x ADSL line rental. I resume now for Feb and March?

Don't they charge pro-rata on line rental?

Hahaha. It's coz of crap like this that I always tell people to leave their line with telkom.

You'll probably have to ask them to credit you.

I think you prepay for the month ahead with Telkom, so basically, your last month you won't be billed.

Let me give you some more info - I'm cancelling my phone/internet/everything. Telkom didnt want to cancel my phone line as my line was with AH. So I get the line moved back to Telkom on the 26th and then on the 27th I tell Telkom to cancel my phone/adsl line at the end of March. So now I'm on my last month with them.

Did they stuff up, or is this how they screw you?
