Telkom ADSL performance indicators

Even though I had this idea mostly to police Telkoms rubbishy and as far as I am concerned, unreliable stats. I think this idea could be taken further and applied to all Service Providers and we could have some hard evidence about which is the best, fastest etc etc connection from real world testing.

I am very very keen on this idea, even though I'm not a programmer in the slightest
