Telkom ADSL pricing (Line only)

Hey guys,

I would just like to know what everyone pays Telkom for their ADSL line only on DSL Faster.

I think I am getting shafted here.

Here are the prices:

for 4Mbit (DSL Faster) it is R299 per month from Telkom.

Also keep in mind that you have to pay R166.50 for the telephone line rental as well.
So essentially R166.50 + R299 = R465.50 per month, excluding an ADSL account from the ISP of your choice.

So you aren't being ripped off then

A lot of people forget about the telephone line rental, would be lovely if Telkom removed that as most of us don't want the actual telephone line - just the ADSL line
