Telkom ADSL - Very slow browsing

Hi Guys

Recently I have noticed strange behavior on my SAIX account's international, but it seems to only be browsing and only to certain sites. Local has no issue.

Browsing to certain International pages are very very slow, the (uncapped) account almost seems like its capped, though International icmp and SSH is fast. Is there some issue that I am not aware of?

Here is a local speedtest.net test performed at 08:50 today

This is an international test to the US

Can anyone shed some light please?

Yup, slow as hell, and it's on MWEB too... so not sure WTF is going on

I tested it now with a different ADSL account also on SAIX and its much faster. So I think its an issue with the account itself.

traceroutes also confirmed that it does not hop to any other 3d party network, its routes via SAIX and their international links.

Very annoying!
