Telkom ADSL Where is it ?

I am trying to access my DSL account ptovided by Telkom and have logged in etc, but there seems to be no option to view your details. I am trying to access the 512 premium home package that I signed up for to check on the services that were supposed to come with the package such as call answer, waiting and caller line Id, and free 120 mins etc etc. I can access the main accounts online payment etc, but where or where do I find MY dsl info, not just the general stuff for new customers??
My ISP provider is MWEB.

Any ideas?

Telkom provided the modem etc - Home 512 premium package which include the stuff I mentioned before. Mweb is simply the service provider as they are my email provider. Mweb does not give any details about the ADSL package - just what they provide.

So, logging in telkom to find out more details about the device / package that I bought from them. I can acess my billing account but even on the dsl page info etc, there is no info available about my details etc, just their blog about what they offer. At the top of this page there is a log on box but logging in again, just takes me back to the account page.
