ADSL Link: Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 6393 kbps 1015 kbps
Line Attenuation 46.5 dB 29.5dB
Noise Margin 6.2 dB 5.9 dB

That's it.....

You're not going to be able to sync faster. If you're currently paying for 10Mbps, I would reconsider and downgrade it to an 8Mbps package as you're syncing at just over 6Mbps.
You could have a line fault as your noise margin should be higher with that sync/line attenuation or your copper could be degraded.

Bottom line, you can't upgrade that ADSL line above 10Mbps even if your noise margin improved drastically, I'm in the same boat as you with an attenuation of 42dB, fiber is our only solution (or maybe LTE-A if your tower isn't congested).

I'd suggest you ask for an integrated data SIM instead of a new contract. The SIM works on LTE so you'll be able to use your current 100GB data on both DSL or wireless mediums.

You can also try that, LTE-A as I said.

Do you have a phone connected on your line? If you pick up the receiver and dial '0' can you hear hissing or noise on your line?
