Telkom agents useless

I have took out wifi at telkom. My contact states the 15th of each month they try to debit on the 4th of may there was no money. I had to pay R110 bank fee for that rejection debit order. I went to the store and i showed them at the store they change the debit order datbut charge me for R202 rejaction fees for the 4th. That was not my fault that the agent did not do his work correctly. I phoned telkom i am sitting with all the telkom references and the contract and i also have my bank statements and emails that when back and forth. My email address is also wrong i let them change it but june the address is still wrong. When i spoke to the agent on the phone about the debit order problem she said she made a note they deducted the R202 15 June 21 for a debit order that was not my fault. Telkom is useless. You dont get the service you deserve and you dont get your problems sorted out. Telkom owes me money for a mistake they made why must i pay for it as a customer. I need help to take them on for the poor services delivery and for all my time and money that got wasted to try and sort out the agents nonsens that i am still struggling to do so. I have al the paper work and also the agents names and surnames i spoke to on diffrent occasions.

One piece of advice I can give, get a better bank. Capitec only charges a R7 fee for a returned debit order. Then any debit orders mistakes by some incompetent entity just costs you R7 instead of R110 (sound like Standard Banks fee)
