I'm also over the blended allowance but I don't abuse it like you do. I noticed one day after I did a port reset that it doesn't show I am connected,

I remember a while back Telkom had problems with their capping and everyone went over the limit for a few days. Maybe it is the same case here.

As far as I know they still only use soft caps. When I use my Telkom account I always go way over my cap.

Yes but that always ends when you start a new session. My Telkom 20GB only lasted me 2 days and after that I used my Mweb uncapped. Now I decided to finish my local Telkom bandwidth to find the I have blended.

Maybe Telkom look at their overall usage and if within budget, allow individual over-cap usage.

There is a facility on their usage tracker to disable cap management for blended data. Is you cap management disabled or enabled?
