I signed up for Showmax through my "smart"broadband account (still advertised as zero-rated on the telkom site even though it's not). After noticing this decided to cancel this immediately, (no clear way to do this.) After waiting for a response via email this is what I get:

BUT...

Basically Telkom are supposed to cancel the service but they won't be bothered.
I am so over Telkom, Im cancelling everything even if that means going capped again.
