Telkom Bandwidth Upgrade For ISP's

What are these bandwidth upgrades that Telkom has to do for ISP's?

Well, if you look around the Adsl ISP discussion threads you will notice a lot of problem thread headings like webafrica down, IS not loading certain sites, SAOL am I the only one, Telkom local not working, Cybersmart, Openweb useless etc etc etc

At the end of the day all these problems are as a result of Telkoms incompetent infrastructure and inability to supply ISP's with their requested bandwidth allocation, allocation required to service their client base.

That's my understanding of it... I may be wrong...
