Telkom billing issues - Problems are still occurring

I have a 4 meg LTE line from Telkom I have a two year contract with a router and dim they send me a sim only and start charging me but I can not use it as they did not send a router so I borrowed router I used it for 2 months then get a bill for R4500 instead of R950 but they refuse to sort it out oh hell I will never pay them so they am switched off what a bunch of Rejects.
 
It seems Telkom is disregarding the time validity of their bundles.

I loaded a new Mo'nice bundle yesterday and when doing a balance check, it shows the bundle will expire on the 29th.

The bundle is sold as a 30 day valid bundle.
So Telkom is clearly stealing here.
