I have recently started working at a new office... they have this phone it says telkom business opticon... they have no idea how the phone works... i was wondering if someone had a manual or knows how to use it and set it up... the business was recently bought over..

i actually did phone them they told me they have to send a techy out just to like explain to me the different buttons and how to make the fone ring louder ?
