Telkom Cable Damaged : Fourways / Witkoppen X3

Is anybody else affected by the underground cable that is damaged on the Fourways Exchange 011 467 ****. My line has been dead since Sunday and there is a bulk fault reported.

Bulk Fault Reference : 64248 Date Logged : 12/04/22 02:04 Description : 600 PAIR U/G CABLE DAMAGED,JOI:AVI 081 317 9084.C3 KRIBY 081 317 9943.TBI REF TO FOLLOW.

Phoned Telkom yesterday and again this morning and nobody has yet been assigned to fix it.

Does anybody know whom I can contact in Fourways to get them to assist, direct line to a Technician or Suppervisor.

Yes, I stay in Witkoppen X3 on a 465-xxxx number and has been down now.
I have not had any response to my fault logged so was pure coincidence I saw this.

I can never seem to get through t a warm body to inquire anything
 
Ferk my business voip phones are on the 465 number so far so good. 3 weeks or so ago, we were down for a week and a half. Hope we dont have kak this week. With the long weekend coming up none of those techies are going to be eager to work.
