Telkom Call Centre - Impossible to get through

Hi Guys

I am very frustrated. My P.A has been trying the whole weak to get through to Telkom to ask them if our exchange supports 10Mbit and if we can upgrade existing lines to 10Mbit.

The number she has been calling is : 10210 but no one answers, the call just eventually cuts off.

What other channels can we pursue to get through to the correct department?

Get her to call exactly when the call centre opens. Do a few tests first to see how long it takes to get through all the menus and then time it such that you get put through a few seconds after opening time on Monday. I get through immediately this way. No waiting.
 
Argh! Been on hold for over 20 minutes now. What the heck is going on.
 
Called them at 8.00 this morning. Got a real person within 2 mins. Unfortunately real person was a bit thick, so the conversation was punctuated by "please spell that word", ok e-m-a-i-l t-h-e p-h-o-n-e a-c-c-o-u-n-t t-o m-e

Been trying all morning, when I do get through the call drops during the transfer :mad:
