Hi Guys
I am very frustrated. My P.A has been trying the whole weak to get through to Telkom to ask them if our exchange supports 10Mbit and if we can upgrade existing lines to 10Mbit.
The number she has been calling is : 10210 but no one answers, the call just eventually cuts off.
What other channels can we pursue to get through to the correct department?
