Now im sure im just having a lucky day , but this morning at 8:15 i called telkom to log a call, i didnt even get to hear the first 10 secs of that annnoying song, i was answered within 4-8 seconds from selecting what i want to report. Have they improved their phone operators? or is it just cuz every1 is still in traffic or something :confused:
Only thing is the operator must of been typing with one finger cause he took 10 mins to log the call.:D
 
i think it is becuase must of the users haven't logged on yet,but maybe their service did improve.what was your problem?
 
Either ur lucky day, or its coz the others were still wakin up :P people cant handle telkom in the day, muchless crack of dawn :/
 
the telephone line came loose from the pole and took out our complex's electric fencing! and then its laying across the entrance to the complex n now wires are showing thru the black wire cover... so its only a matter of time before those cables break n my line g0es d0wn:/

I think its maybe cause its friday that they answered quickly :cool:
 
I was supposed to have someone visit me this morning and it's 11h30 and I am still sitting here. I was thinking because its friday they have all gone home, or are dealing with a telephone line that has come loose and taken out someones electric fencing... ;-)

Dude, no sooner had I posted the last reply above TelCon called... They must have spies amongst us, hiding in these forums... :eek: They are watching! :eek:
 
Been calling the call centre rather regularly the last few days.

I've been very impressed every time with the speed with which they answer the calls. Not impressed at all with what happens after that!
 
they arrived on Sunday, even though they got lost, they fixed the cable... and placed a new pole so it doesnt hang... but the electic fence is still fu<ked... oh well. Cant have your cake and eat it:mad:

Any idea about wat your legal rights are about this? Surely they must do something about ur fence?
 
Wouldnt know... And not bothered, it's telkom after all, they dont give sheet remember! :eek: :D
