Telkom callback system not operational

I rang Telkom today to try and sort out some issues. The callcentre was busy and I was told I would have to wait about 5 minutes. I then got an option to have them call me back, which I took.

An hour and a half later - NO CALL.

Not impressed.

This happens.

It's worse when you get the call back after waiting 30 minutes, only to have the callback cut you off.

But, for the most part, the callback service does work.

What is it with Telkom and irritating music?

Well at least they give you a choice between ads and music.
