Telkom callcentre improvement

Don't think so, I think telkom has been making some major changes in their call centre, I now get some pinnacle somesuch consultant on the line, and go ahead to describe my issue, and my calls are answered almost instantly, this has been the case for the last 3 - 4 calls I have made for telkom tech support.

Other than that I had a problem with my home ADSL line, where I found the feedback astonishingly good (by telkom std's), and a persistent high latency issue - which tend to be more tricky - was fixed properly.

So yeah I am loving it, and I hope this keeps up.

Also I reckon its important to make yourself heard when Telkom improve, not just when they screw up.
 
when did this happen, I've been dealing with them for the past couple of weeks (up until Monday when my problem was finally resolved) and had a mixed run around between some good feedback and some general incompetence e.g. being passed around to 4 different departments on one call and ending up right back where I started.
 
Also I have had quick experiences with telkom call centre. I wonder if it has anything to do with the impending strike??
