i still dont know what this "amount exceeding blended cap" or the last clause under monitoring bandwidth in their T's&C's (http://www.telkomsa.net/support/termsconditions.html) means exactly

BUT if I only wanted to use local because I was already capped on blended, how is it my problem if they're not putting it on the local portion of the allocated data?

this is my interpitation, hope im wrong.
lets say you have a 10 gig local allocation, and you had already used 8 gig of it before the session got bumped up to blended again. then it is your responcibility not to use more than 2 gig

Anyway, does telkom charge you pro rata? if not, will my unused data expire tonight (end of month)?

I was also capped but when checking my logs I noticed that my kids had DL'ed quite a bit of stuff over the weekend!!
