Asked to comment, Telkom's national spokesperson, Xolisi Vapi, said from Pretoria: "According to technicians, they were nowhere near the distribution box. Mr Mathews should wait for an account so that he can see whether or not his line was used."
Vapi said that if there was evidence that calls were made, "we will investigate".
Having Itemised Billing did not help me at all - in fact it only raised my frustration levels - checkout this [post=152140]still unresolved issue...[/post]Crash said:This is why you get itemised billing on your telkom account.
